We use denatured alcohol or lacquer thinner to clean out the pumps here.
If you're pumps are coughing or jamming a lot, try keeping the epoxy warmer. I always used to keep a lightbulb pointing at the jugs of goo. Warmer resin is less viscous and thus runs through the pumps more easily.
