Has anybody made a template to use with a router, to make jigsaw joints, that can match the fit of the cnc joints?

Here's an article from Duckworks bulliten board:

He uses a different epoxy but the method for cutting the finger joints is pretty good.

not much help here. Somebody did that, used a template and router bit with bb race but dang if ai recall what forum/webpage a i saw the details of his rig on.
