Congratulations, that is some beautiful woodwork. What is the dark planking made from?

Thank you. The darkest wood is the walnut you can get from CLC, and the medium dark wood is old walnut that was reclaimed in home renovation.

Beautiful boat. Do I see a blue baby seat being attached to the front deck on a bright green pedestal? What's up with that?

It looks pretty damn good to me Adam.
I tell everybody that my Skerry is the best boat in this area. When they question it I tell them "Because it's mine!"

Yes, Adam, those are some pretty glaring imperfections. Surprised you didn't have a Viking funeral. Seriously, beautiful boat, I particularly like the way you used the light and dark walnut. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the next boat. You know there will be another, right?
