I can't find anywhere in the plans or the book where to tie off the spinnaker tack downhaul. I have the block on the bow sprit, but where does the lines go when not in use so they can be easliy accessed, and where do I cleat the downhaul when using the spinnaker? The video shows it all being done from the companionway but I'm at a loss as to how.
