The fore and aft frames have circles carved in them. CLC support says those are for deck plates. Cut out the circles, and install deck plates.
The circles are 4.5" in diameter. So do I get deck plates slightly larger or slightly smaller? The closest I'm finding is 4 7/16".

On the 4-inch plate, the actual opening is 4 inches. You'll need to cut a 4-1/2" diameter hole in the bulkhead or panel. The flange diameter is 5-3/4".
