Looking for ideas on how to set up the Peeler with stick steering on the starboard gunwale.  Aft of mid-ships is too short to get enough travel on the lever.  One option is to mount it ahead of the mid-ship thwart, and steer from sitting on that seat. 

A stick steer would be easier to handle crab pots, and a trot line.  

I'm almost ready to launch her, and looking for a motor.  If I can set up a stick steer that changes which motor I would get.
