trimming plywood Eastport Pram
I have cut the plywood to within 1.5 mm of the template using a small circular saw. What tool do I use to trim exactly to the line? I've read that plane blades are dulled by the glues. I don't trust myself weilding a router freehand and hand sanding is laborious and unsatisfactory becuase I round the edges.
I would appreciate any suggestions to make the task easier and more satisfying. Ta!

I think the plane will give the best results, good sharpening techniqe here. I have used a belt sander to get multiple pieces down to the same size, clamp material horizontaly and hold the tool so that the contact is with the table of the sander.

I've tried an apron plane....very satisfying! I'll learn to sharpen blades next.
