Advice needed:
There seems to be a bubble of uncured exopy on the deck of my (under construction) Night Heron. It seems to be in the fill coat, and the fiberglass is nicely stuck to the deck by the coat that when on to apply it. It's had weeks to set. The top layer was hard, but there was a clear gooey underneath. Since the stuff is sticky, it's catching all of the other dust i am making.
How to I make this go away so i can finish the deck bright?

RE: Uncured expoy- how to fix?
What djdewitt said - you need to remove the entire glob (and a bit around it just to make sure) and then you can replace it with good epoxy. BTW, it looks like a mix problem, so pay extra attention when you go to fix this.
Just a warning - be prepared for a messy job. Since the stuff never hardened, it's toxic and allergenic. Do wear PPE and have proper disposal equipment ready.
Good luck,
Laszlo
