This thought came to me this morning while I listened to my Piantedosi seat rolling back and forth on its track as I rowed across the lake. Has anyone lubricated the seat roller wheel bearings and if so, with what? I row mostly in fresh water and rinse the unit off after almost every use and definitely after every salt water use. Thoughts and commenst appreciated.

RE: Sliding Seat Lubrication
I've used pure silicon spray, WD-40, and Boeshield T-9. I use the cleanup rag to wipe down the rails and make sure there isn't anything on the wheels.
