You can call us at 410-267-0137 Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm (ET). If you’re calling about a current order, having your order number handy will help us help you faster.

Email is also an excellent way to get in touch. We answer all emails—generally within 24 hours, seven days a week. If you don’t hear back, please check your spam filters or confirm that your email address was entered correctly, as some providers filter messages more aggressively. Company Policies

Billing Policy

Credit card transactions are processed by CLC the same day your order is placed. Orders that include boat or camper kits are also charged at that time, even though production or shipment may occur days or weeks later. Full payment is required to secure a place on the kit production schedule.

Payment Options

CLC accepts payments from the following methods: Credit Card, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, check, and cash in our showroom. Shop Pay Payment Plan options are available at checkout, click to learn more.

Kit Order Cancellation

Contact our customer service team by phone or email to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped or been picked up, please refer to the return policy below. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all boat and camper kit cancellations and reflects the actual cost of processing the order.

CLC Class Cancellation

A tuition deposit is required to reserve a class spot. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the class start receive a full refund, less a $100 fee. No refunds are issued within 30 days of the start date. For classes run by other schools or organizations, please refer to their cancellation policies.

Backorders

If an out-of-stock item delays shipment, we’ll ship available items right away and send the remainder when it’s back in stock. Orders are usually charged in full at the initial shipment, though charges for higher-cost backordered items (such as oars and rowing units) may be delayed until they ship.
