Decked Canoes

A "decked canoe" is a boat that combines the roominess and stability of a canoe with the speed and handling of a kayak. Decked canoes are sleek and narrow enough to be propelled with a kayak paddle, and their seats are positioned low in the boat like a kayak. Some of the boats in this collection are also considered to be recreational kayaks. This collection features a mix of stitch-and-glue and cedar strip designs, as well as single and tandem craft. Some have sailing rigs.
