Overview
This package includes 19 pages of architectural drawings, and full-sized patterns for every part in the boat except the hull planking and decks.
While the Faering Cruiser is built stitch-and-glue style, it's not for first-time boatbuilders. Professionals and experienced amateurs will find it a fast and straightforward build. You'll need to have good plans-reading ability, and a couple of wood-epoxy composite boats under your belt before diving in.
These plans are entirely redrawn from the "Study Plans" that have been in circulation since 2013. While no changes at all were made to the design, details have been greatly expanded and clarified. Additional pages are devoted to the rigging of the tiller, hatches, and other peculiarities of the design.
