Price includes a 73-page spiral bound building manual specific to the 2012 Kaholo 12-6 and 14, with materials lists and step-by-step photos from start to finish.
The roll of paper for the 14 plans is over 27 feet long and 3 feet wide. Includes both metric and imperial measurements. Here's a screen shot of the actual full-sized plans:
