This seat is required equipment for the Annapolis Wherry, Annapolis Wherry Tandem, Expedition Wherry, and Oxford Shell MK1; these boats were designed around the Piantedosi unit. These rigs also fit the Mill Creek 16.5, Northeaster Dory, and the Chester Yawl with our custom fit-kits, or any rowing craft at least 15 feet long with a clear space for installation. (Boats shorter than 15 feet long will have a hobby-horsing problem as the rower slides forward and back on the seat.) Supplied with Concept 2 oarlocks, composite seats, and foot stretchers. Unfortunately, wooden seats and foot stretchers are no longer an option.
